Amarnath Cave Temple may be a Hindu shrine located in Jammu and Kashmir, India. The cave is situated at an altitude of three,888 m (12,756 ft), about 141 km (88 mi) from Srinagar, the summer capital of Jammu and Kashmir, reached through Pahalgam town. The shrine represents a crucial part of Hinduism and is taken into account to be one of the holiest shrines in Hinduism.

Amarnath Yatra Route
There are two routes to the shrine, one which is understood because of the Pahalgam route and therefore the other being the shorter Baltal trek. The latter is about 14 km far away from the Baltal base camp.
