The Kapat of Kedarnath will open on 9th May,2019. Devotees can worship the god at 5:35 AM in the morning.

Chardham Yatra start After the pooja of Bhairav Nath and doing all the rituals the procession will begin their journey to Kedarnath. On 6th May 2019 , the procession will transfer the Dholi of Lord Kedarnath. During the winter the Lord Kedarnath is at Omkareshwar temple. On 6th May, 2019 the doli of Kedarnath will night at Phata village for the night. The next day, on May 7th 2019, the Doli carrying Kedarnath Ji will move to Gauri Kund. Here, there will be a night stay. Next day, on 8th of March the procession will start for Kedarnath. On 9th May early morning after performing all the rituals the devotees can worship the Kedarnath temple at 5:35 AM.
