Somnath Temple Darshan will be closed from April 11 2021 until to new update. Due to increase Corona cases.
The entry of tourists to the world-famous Somnath temple on the banks of the Indian Ocean at Gir Somnath in Gujarat is going to be closed from 11 April. While giving this information within the statement issued today, Shri Somnath Trust, who operated the primary Somnath Mahadev Temple within the Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva, said that this decision has been taken insight of this situation of Corona. Entry to most temples and other temples operating around the trust is going to be closed from tomorrow until further orders.
Devotees are going to be ready to perform virtual Darshan through the temple website and social media sites. it’s known that several places of worship including the Akshardham temple of Gandhinagar are already closed view of the worsening condition of corona infection in Gujarat. the amount of latest cases of infections coming within the state has now crossed the 4500 mark.
