Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Temple or just referred to as Yadadri or Yadagirigutta temple, (also referred to as Pancha Narasimha Kshetram and Rishi Aradhana Kshetram) may be a Hindu temple situated on a hillock in Yadagirigutta of Yadadri Bhuvanagiri district of the Indian state of Telangana. The temple is an abode of Narasimha, an incarnation of Lord Vishnu. it’s located 62 km from Hyderabad about 120 kilometers (75 mi) from Suryapet and 88 kilometers (55 mi) from Nalgonda.

The much-awaited reopening of the famous Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy main temple at Yadadri may happen soon, as early as May, since the renovation works within the temple were in final stages. Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao, who visited the temple on Thursday, said there was an opportunity that the most temple are often reopened if finishing touches are completed by then.
Following the State government’s decision to offer the favored temple an entire makeover, devotees were only allowed to possess darshan of the Lord at Balalayam from the time the renovation works were haunted in 2016 when the sanctum sanctorum was closed to the general public. The Chief Minister, who received the temple town within the morning by a helicopter, first took part in special poojas at Balalayam temple and later reviewed the continued construction works at the sector level. The temple renovation works have almost been completed and only the finishing touches remained.

As announced by Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao on Tuesday the awaited inauguration of the famous Sri Lakshminarasimha Swamy Yadagirigutta Temple will be on March 28 when a ‘Maha Kumbha Samprokshana’ marking the formal opening will be held.

long ago Sri Yada Maharshi son of Sri Rushyashrunga Maharshi with the Blessings of Anjaneya Swamy had performed great penance for Lord Narasimha Swamy (an incarnation of Lord Vishnu) during a cave on Capitol Hill currently referred to as Yadagirigutta. Pleased together with his deep devotion, Lord Narasimha appeared before him in five different forms as Sri Jwala Narsimha, Sri Yogananda Narasimha, Sri Ugra Narasimha, Sri Gandaberunda Narasimha, and Sri Laksmi Narasimha.

The first phase of the project is predicted to be over by May 2018, and therefore the entire construction is probably going to be finished by 2019.
