Festivals Celebrated at Ettumanoor Mahadeva Temple
Festival Aarattu is celebrated in Ettumanoor Mahadeva temple which is popularly known as Ettumanoor Ezharapponnana.
This is a 10-day festival held in the month of February march (Kumbham) and October-November.
At this festival, there are different rituals and customs followed by people and visitors also. The main ritual is to take a holy bath with deities.
By flag hosting the beginning of the festival is done and by taking the Holy bath the end of the festival is done.
