The Bhavnath Mahashivratri Mela 2026 is one of the biggest fairs in Gujarat. It is held every year at Bhavnath Mahadev Temple, near Girnar Taleti, Junagadh.
People believe that on Mahashivratri night, Lord Shiva comes to Girnar. Because of this belief, lakhs of devotees, sadhus and Naga Babas gather here. The Bhavnath fair is also known as the “Mini Kumbh of Gujarat” due to the Ravedi procession.
The biggest highlight of the mela is the Ravedi, a grand procession of Naga Sadhus.
