The establishment of Niranjani Akhara was done on 804 Ad, Vikram Savant 906, Kartik Krushna Paksha, Somvar at Mandvi, Gujarat.
At the starting time, the number of Akharas was only 4 But now the number is 13.
Mahant Aji Giri, Mauni Giri, Purushottam Giri, Harishankar Giri, Ranchor Bharti, Jagjevan Bharti, Arjun Bharti, Jagannath Puri put base of Nirajnai Akhara in 804 AD.
The full name of Niranjani Akhara is Shri Panchayati Taponidhi Niranjani Akhara and its headquarters is at Mayapur Haridwar.
