During this time, people offer:
- Milk and water to Shivling
- Bilva leaves
- Flowers and prasad
Naga Sadhus and Saints in the Mela
Bhavnath Mela is famous for Naga Sadhus and saints. During Dhwajarohan, many sadhus were seen in the temple area.
These sadhus come from different akhadas and groups. Some of them stay near the temple during the mela days. Many devotees come here to:
- Take blessings from the sadhus
- Watch their traditional way of living
- See their spiritual rituals
