Statue of Unity Open Close Today to 7th March

The Statue of unity will be reopened for visitors from 7th March 2021 with the slot timings. Tickets can be booked online only,” the official website of Statue of Unity said.

The website stated that only 2500 visitors will be allowed entrance into the venue per day. Moreover, only 500 will be allowed to visit the viewers’ gallery at 153 meters

Entry will be permitted to the visitors in two-hour slots. Entry will only be allowed during the slots.

The visitors have to be present at the venue for 15 minutes during their respective slot timings. The security staff will be present to avoid crowding in the area

It is to be noted that tickets can only be booked online through the website-www.soutickets.in

The 182-meter structure of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel is touted as the world’s tallest. It is twice the height of the Statue of Liberty in the US and is built on Sadhu Bet, an islet near the Sardar Sarovar Dam.

Special Instruction Statue of Unity due to current COVID19 situations:-

1. Ticket booking can be done by the website only.  No offline tickets will be issued at any attraction.
2. The entrance of each attraction has mandatory and hygiene and thermal scanning provision.
3. The use of a face cover and mask is mandatory for all visitors.
4. No group photography within the premises is allowed.
5. The visitors should follow the social distancing norms.
