General Guidelines For Passengers
- Helicopter bookings are only allowed for (Tour Date -3 and Tour Date +2) based on the tour date of Shri Kedarnath Dham provided in Char Dham Yatra Registration.
- For example, for a tour date of May 5th for Shri Kedarnath Dham, booking can be done between May 2nd and May 7th, or 6 days.
- Children who are 2 years of age and older will be given a seat and will be charged the full adult cost.
- A maximum of two child passengers and two young babies are allowed.
- The ticket is valid with the original ID proof submitted at the time of ticket booking.
- It is required to reach Helipad at least one hour before the booked time slot.
- Only the passenger who booked their online helicopter ticket on the IRCTC website may cancel it online; requests to cancel online helicopter tickets made in any other way will not be accepted.
