Chardham Yatra: Route, Places to visit, and Stay Near-by
According to Hindu mythology, the Char Dham tour means experiencing divinity. Chardham means four denominations, each with its own significance. Yamunotri is dedicated to Goddess Yamuna located at the high altitudes of the picturesque Rawai Valley. Gangotri is dedicated to Goddess Ganga. Kedarnath which is also a part of Panch Kedar is dedicated to Lord Shiva. Badrinath located on the banks of river Alaknanda is dedicated to Lord Vishnu. These four spots of Badrinath, Kedarnath, Gangotri, and Yamunotri consider being the door of spirituality and eternity. These are the most religious hub of North India.
